IMPORTANT DETAILS

• Renter must have Business Liability Insurance in order to rent.
   

• We accept bookings no more than a month in advance.

• The full payment is due at booking. -Venmo

• Payments are non-refundable but they are transferable.

• Cancellation or reschedule must be made at least 1 week prior to appointment. In the event of a last-minute cancellation, if an appointment has been prepaid in full, 50% can be applied toward a rescheduled date within 30 days.

• 2 Hour minimum for your first 2 hours. After that, it goes to hourly.

• Set-up and clean-up is included in your time.

• $40 Clean up fee if Studio is not cleaned up after your rental. You will receive an invoice.

• If using the bed, you must supply all bed coverings. 

• No rentals may have any substances that are difficult to clean or remove, such as paint, stain or glitter. They are not allowed!
